During setup an error message appears: 'The instruction at ... referenced memory at ... The memory could not be written.' |

This problem
occurs on Windows Vista with modified DEP (Data
Execution Prevention) settings. Do this to fix the issue:
- Click the Start button, then open the 'Run' dialog
- Into the 'Run' dialog, enter
'SystemPropertiesDataExecutionPrevention.exe' and hit the 'Return'
key
- Check the 'Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services
only'. Alternatively you can leave DEP enabled, but then you must
add the 'TweakVI' setup file to the list of programs that should not
be controlled by DEP.
- Confirm the change with 'Apply' or 'OK'
- Reboot your system
- Start the TweakVI setup again - the problem should be fixed now
